A final quote will be provided before production begins.

Custom Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, artwork, or designs submitted to Rapid Knit.

By submitting artwork, you represent that:

You own the artwork, or
You have permission to use it.

Rapid Knit is not responsible for any trademark or copyright infringement resulting from customer-provided artwork.

Design Approval

Before production begins, customers may receive digital proofs or mockups for approval.

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review:

Colors
Text
Spelling
Logos
Placement
Product specifications

Production will begin only after final approval is received.

Rapid Knit is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Minimum Orders

Certain products require minimum order quantities.

Minimum order requirements may vary by product and will be communicated during the quoting process.

Production & Delivery

Estimated production times are provided for planning purposes only.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, production and shipping schedules may be affected by:

Material availability
Shipping carriers
Weather
Holidays
Other circumstances beyond our control

Rapid Knit is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or unforeseen events.

Payment

Payment terms will be provided with each order.

Production may not begin until any required deposit or payment has been received.

Returns & Refunds

Because all products are custom manufactured, custom orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.

If you believe your order contains a manufacturing defect or production error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will review each claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once production has begun, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

Requests for changes before production begins will be accommodated whenever possible but are not guaranteed.

Additional charges may apply for design revisions or order modifications.
